The Simufact Welding module is a finite element-based pre- and post-processing interface that allows for the easy creation of multi-robot simulation models. Each robot can define multiple welding paths according to user requirements. Welding direction and paths can be easily modified through the program. Users can define geometric boundary conditions based on actual processes, such as fully fixed, clamping tools with pre-tightening force, supports, and more.
