Ultrasonic Micro-Vibration Testing System
This microdynamic fatigue testing solution is established on the basis of ultrasonic fatigue experiments and can also be applied to other actuator testing machines.
It utilizes a servo motor to drive the ball screw for loading, and the entire loading system can freely slide on linear guides, achieving in-situ loading functionality.
The ultrasonic testing component can rotate freely to ensure consistent normal loading on the specimen, overcoming the issue of inconsistent rotation angles after tightening threaded connections on different specimens. The ultrasonic testing component can move axially to meet the experimental requirements of loading at multiple axial positions on the specimen.
It employs a servo motor to drive a precision ball screw for loading, with closed-loop control of load displacement using a load sensor, ensuring precise control of the loading force. The entire loading device isinstalled on linear slides, and the loading process automatically adjusts the position of the loading device, achieving in-situ loading.
