Core Series
The Core Series uniaxial in-situ loading system features zero-clearance mechanical transmission and high loading rates.
It is suitable for use in space-limited environments such as SEM, AFM, and X-ray diffractometers. The system is applicable for in-situ testing of various materials, including metals, thin films, polymers, and more. It can achieve in-plane biaxial testing functionality.
In-situ Testing System
✔ Zero-clearance mechanical transmission ensures continuous load values without sudden unloading, even when the load direction
changes.
✔ High loading rates enable low-cycle fatigue loading.
✔ Dual-threaded ball screw achieves in-situ loading.
✔ Pre-tightened nut ensures zero-clearance. Different fixtures can be used for tension, compression, bending, shearing, cyclic,
constant load,
and lateral displacement loading. Equipped with various fixtures suitable for different thicknesses of plate specimens and different diameters of rod specimens.
✔ Capable of monotonic and cyclic loading control; real-time monitoring of current experimental status values and historical curves;
the system is equipped with a video interface to present real-time video data returned by devices such as CCD; intermittent loading
function can interact with the video function to capture special experimental images during specific stages; the fixed loading cycles function facilitates special loading processes such as staircase loading.
✔ The in-situ biaxial mechanical testing system can achieve single-axis independent testing and also perform biaxial proportional
and non-proportional loading tests.
